Material & Craftsmanship

Raw Material:
Crafted from natural riverbed clay blended with fine sand, ground to a smooth, workable texture that balances strength and flexibility during shaping.
Molding Process:
Clay is formed into 10–13 mm thick slabs using plaster molds, then matured and air-dried to ensure stability and prevent cracking before firing.
Drying & Firing:
Fully dried pieces are fired in wood-burning kilns at 1200–1250°C for 4–5 days, followed by a 2-day cooling period.
Finishing:
A final sandblasting treatment imparts a weathered, stone like texture, elegant yet earthy enhancing both appearance and tactile appeal.
